If it is for our mascot quality problem or if the costume is damaged by shipping, you can return items to us in its original condition within 3 days once you receive mascots from post office.

We back every purchase made at our shop with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.If you're not happy with your purchase,you shall just send it back to us within 3 days from the time you receive it and we will get your order refunded. Please pay attention to this rule about returned purchase that we only support to refund the cost of the merchandise and any shipping charge is not refundable, which means we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund. 

If you want to return a costume that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or tag, it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check your items to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packages before you return it. We have to follow this rule on returns in case of Internet fraud also some cheaters with ulterior motives fake costumes purchases from us for their short-term purposes and return items after usage. We will never mark the second sale .We would like to remind our customers again that please make sure the returned costume remains brand new ,otherwise we can not offer refund.

 
Personal Customizing Products for Return: We promise we charge much fewer extra fees than other mascot shops for personal customizing,such as color, head design, eyes, nose, mouth,logo print specific requirements.All personal customized products are not refundable, Thank you for understanding.
 
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to post your return via a traceable method to the correct address. If you return the item which can not be tracked and we might not receive it then we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

 
Once your return is received by us, you will get the refund on the same day.


Exchage
Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective,wrong items or damaged upon receipt, not as per any other personal reasons. Email us in advance to get help and specific return address before return because return without a permit authorization from us will not be accepted . All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price if you want other mascots. Items must be returned within (14 days) of delivery for exchanges and the customers will be responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process.

Cancellation Policy
All the cancellation should be done within 24 hours to make sure the cancellation for a full refund is available. Beyond the time limit of 24hours, extra fees which values 20% of the order's cost will apply to cancellations even if the order has not been shipped. For those orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled ,it will be treated as returns.
